Where's my sweater? The problem when people don't read

Hey everyone,

Every day, people who ordered a Morioh sweater write to me asking where their sweater is. Some even leave negative reviews for this reason. People, why don't you have patience?

The product title and description legitimately state that it's a pre-order and might take some time. The products are currently in production. What I keep thinking is, don't you ever read what you're ordering? I don't mean that in a bad way, but it still annoys me.

I love you for leaving an order <3 but PLEASE, relax.
